I. General provisions

VII. User appeals

– the signature of the User or its representative;

The Operator is obliged to consider and send a response to the received request of the User within 30 days from the moment of receipt of the request.

In everything else that is not directly reflected in the Privacy Policy, the Company undertakes to be guided by the norms and provisions of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ “On Personal Data”

A visitor to the Company’s website who provides his or her personal data and information thereby agrees to be bound by the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

The Company reserves the right to make any changes to the Policy at any time in its sole discretion in order to further improve the system of protection against unauthorized access to personal data reported by Users without the User’s consent. The validity of this Policy does not apply to the actions and Internet resources of third parties.
