Questions & Answers
Air suspension performs 2 main tasks:
1) Clearance adjustment
2) Increasing comfort
For fans of understeer culture, the air suspension serves as a tool to maximise ground clearance, with the air suspension returning to its original position if necessary. For many car enthusiasts, the purpose of installing air suspension is to improve comfort when driving over bumps, slightly lowering on the motorway and raising on bad roads. Air suspension is also used to increase payload capacity and eliminate roll and sag of the loaded axle.
Always specify what is the first priority for you, as this determines the cost of the kit and the final result.

Yes, of course. You can upgrade your air suspension. We have wireless remotes, electronic control systems with “brains”, additional compressors, aluminium receivers, etc.
Here are the prices for the kits.

2-circuit (FB) – allows you to control the front, rear and the whole machine at once.
4-circuit (FBSS) – the whole machine at once, each wheel separately, a pair of front, a pair of rear, synchronously, side to side, etc.
In addition, in a 2-circuit system, the air bags on each axle have a direct connection between them, so that the air flows from the more loaded side to the less loaded side. This happens during cornering at speed, and the car will roll slightly to the side of the turn. For 4 wheels, only 4-circuit air suspension is recommended.
Anything at all. We have plenty of experience in this field. We will tailor the kit specifically to your vehicle!
We use components made in the USA. Americans know what they’re doing.
Our kits work well in sub-zero temperatures. The moisture trap and heated valves help. You can also buy special fluid for pneumatic systems, which prevents ice from forming in the system in winter.
The travel of the air struts depends on the type of cushions and the length of the struts. It is possible to maintain the clearance range of the standard suspension. In addition, when the air suspension is made for lowering, the struts are shortened and thus the range is reduced. It becomes possible to drop the car “on the sills” and raise it approximately to the stock driving position. When making an air suspension for comfort/lift – no manipulation is done to the shock absorbers, and the range remains standard. You can check the available maximum and minimum position experimentally – by hanging the car, to understand the stroke of the shock absorbers and removing the springs, to understand the reasons that do not allow you to “drop” the car below, and their possible elimination. The weight to be lifted depends on the equipment of the system. For example, some lorries have air bags in the suspension. Therefore, we can provide a suspension for any vehicle!
The service life depends on the manufacturer of the components, operating conditions and the design of the vehicle suspension. We rely only on quality components with a declared mileage of at least 70,000 kilometres.
The control system can be relocated. Sometimes it is also possible to relocate the air bags. But the air struts can only be moved to a vehicle of the same platform.
We recommend contacting an experienced car service centre with positive feedback on air suspension installation. For self-installation of branded kits, illustrated instructions are enclosed. You can contact us for such instructions to understand the possibility of self-installation.

Yes. We can help you with your choice!
The main components of the air suspension are:
– Pneumatic struts or air bags (working element)
– Compressor (pressure build-up)
– Receiver (air storage)
– Valve block (distributor)
– Trunking and fittings (connecting the pneumatic units to each other)
– Wiring (power supply to electrical components)
– Dampers, relays, emergency valves (protection against various factors)
– Pressure gauge/body position sensors (controls)
– Buttons or remotes (manual controls)
– Digital controller (automatic control of the air suspension).
How to choose each of these components – read our blog “About Air Suspension”

Pneumatic buttons are mechanical valves. When a button connected to a pneumatic line is pressed, a channel opens inside it, allowing air to flow into the cushions. For a two-circuit system, two pneumatic buttons are needed, and for a four-circuit system, four accordingly. Pneumatic button kits, as opposed to solenoid valves, are usually cheaper, but they have drawbacks: low speed of raising/lowering, difficulty in placement in the car interior, inability to connect a control panel, no remote control option, inability to connect to an automatic control system, and inconvenience in managing multiple circuits simultaneously.
Solenoid valves are electric valves or valve blocks that can be placed wherever convenient, usually in the trunk of the car. They are not much more expensive than pneumatic buttons, but they have a large passage section (1/2″, 3/8″, etc.), which allows for fast raising and lowering speeds of the car and the possibility to adjust this parameter with speed-regulating fittings. They can be connected to a control panel, wireless control, and automatic control systems. It is convenient to control all circuits at once or individually. The remote or simple buttons can be placed anywhere in the cabin or on the dashboard.
Separately, let’s highlight digital control systems. They combine solenoid valves with digital controllers. The valve block can be integrated into one housing with the control system (Air Lift Autopilot V2), or separate from the control unit (Accu-Air E-Level). These are the most convenient systems to use, with many functions and settings.
